All online purchases may only be exchanged or returned in the following situations:
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please inform e-Fit by mail (email@example.com) within 7 working days from the date of item(s) received.
To ensure proper processing, please state the appropriate exchange or return reason in the mail and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) with photo. Upon receipt of your request, our customer representative(s) will contact you immediately for the arrangement of exchange or returns.
Exchanges and returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
Exchanges and returns without an original invoice may be limited.
We would not deduct the return shipping cost from your refund amount in this case.
